Project Overview 

Chengdu Forte Financial Island

Forte Financial Island is located at the core of Chengdu Financial City, at the intersection of Kehua South Road and Jincheng Avenue. It is an urban island residence designed and built by world architects NBBJ and TAL. Two landmark towers are built as gateposts. The buildings are arranged in sequence from north to south, forming a solemn city gateway.

The entire project is surrounded by Chengdu's mother river Jinjiang, which is 360-degree riverside. The project exclusively occupies the original Jiangxin island, with a total construction area of about 950,000 square meters (including underground construction area).

Among them, the second phase of Forte Financial Island is a commercial complex project with a total construction area of about 280,000 square meters and a building height of about 150 meters. It includes a four-story commercial podium building, three super high-rise commercial office buildings (including high-end apartment-style hotels, well-decorated apartments, etc.), and three basements.

It integrates high-end residences, high-end apartments, high-end business centers, experiential commercial malls and other business formats. It will also become one of the symbols of Chengdu's urban image. The unique architectural features and brand positioning will also make Forte Financial Island become Chengdu. Landmark building.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

Forte Financial Island has incorporated "green" and "low-carbon" elements from the very beginning of its design, integrating the design concept of "mountain and nature" throughout the entire construction process. Every element of the building is carefully designed, with light, ventilation, natural landscape... adhering to the concept of "harmony between man and nature and learning from nature" to promote mutual communication and harmonious coexistence between the natural environment and the human settlement environment.

The building walls are designed in accordance with the laws of sunshine in Chengdu, the exterior walls of the building adopt irregular 3D geometric shapes, and the glass curtain wall adopts a horizontal structure. This design can make full use of natural light while providing a comfortable temperature and light environment indoors.

The overall lighting highlights the modern style of the building, showing a simple, fresh, elegant and atmospheric visual effect. The shape and color are organically unified. The color temperature and brightness of the light are carefully controlled in the design, while retaining a strong visual sense and increasing the skyline diversity.

 LIGHTING  APPLICATION

The lighting design makes full use of the architectural design features and chooses Roleds RLL21 linear lights to brighten the skyline glass curtain wall structure. At the same time, it is organically combined with the customized point light source to create a transparent, harmonious and comfortable overall light environment. At the same time, DMX mode is used for time-sharing and segmented control to create different night effects.

On the festival day, through the changing lighting pictures, the building is endowed with splendid vitality, constantly changing programs and lighting streamlines, such as bright fireworks blooming in the center of the island, and beautiful meteor showers scattered at night.

On weekdays, the functional warm white light is the main tone, and the minimalism highlights the extreme, highlighting the high-end, gentleman and atmosphere of the building, and creating a picture of harmonious coexistence between man and nature, environment and architecture.

LIGHT FUDI FINANCIAL ISLAND 

The image and temperament of Forte Financial Island is reshaped at night through the night view of the building, and at the same time, the architectural taste is improved, so that the lighting can convey value for the brand and become a model of night lighting for iconic buildings.
