First known as the sacrificial site of the Zhou Dynasty.
Hanshan Mountain Music Lighting Show is a unique, brilliant audiovisual feast for tourists, combining with lighting, music and fountains by high-tech audio-visual remote control.
The lightening area of the mountain is 1,000 mu, 300-meter drop height, covering an area of 640,000 square meters. Its volume is the first in the provincial mountain lighting show project, and also ranks first in the Northwest region.
Design Concept
Turn Legends into Reality
Legend has it that on sunny nights, people used to see the "Night Pearl" on the top of Hanshan Mountain appearing and shining in the mountains, which is the origin of the popular legend of "Night Pearl of Hanshan".
Inspired by this, the design team installed a steel sphere with a diameter of 30 meters and a weight of about 370 tons on the top of the main peak of the viewing angle. The sphere was equipped with a variable-color point light source on its surface and three high-power laser lamps to form a glowing effect of the night pearl, which turned the beautiful legend of "Hanshan Night Pearl" into reality. At the same time, it has become the symbol of Nanzheng, shining in every bright night.
Brilliant Hanshan Scenery
The design team excavated the natural landscape of Nanzheng County, and dyed Hanshan as a natural background in a large area.
The natural scenery such as Tianhan water city and Rapeseed Flower Sea is expressed by appropriate combination of light and luminance ,dynamic and static.
Listen to the Concerto of Light and Shadow
Lighting shows are both visual and auditory enjoyment. Music is an art that is good at expressing and stimulating feelings. Beautiful lights and crystal fountains dance with the rhythm of music, which can arouse tourists'emotional resonance and realize immersive experience.
For this reason, the design team carefully selected the music of the Lighting Show, and participated in the orchestration, dividing the music from the prelude to the end into four rhythms: introduction, relaxation, passion and lightness. The theme song of the Lighting Show "Nanzheng Gets along with the Scenery" has a lively melody and catchy lyrics, which perfectly reflects Nanzheng's rich humanistic history and natural features.

Luminaires Selection
In order to avoid bringing light pollution to cities and scenic spots because of the huge volume of mountain illumination, technicians have repeatedly simulated and tested the light angle of luminaires. In addition, the project also adopted a specially customized "tree lamp pole"-the lamp pole and hanging arm are hollow design.The circuit is installed in the lamp pole, which reduces exposure and protects the circuit.
The disassemblable combination design not only facilitates the later maintenance, but also adjusts flexibly according to the growth of vegetation to reduce the impact of the growth cycle of mountain vegetation on lighting effect.
Control System
The lighting control system of Hanshan Night Pearl Music Lighting Show adopts ROLEDS RO-BF02B intelligent lighting controller, based on DMX512 protocol and powerful DMXNET system software, it can control LED spot source light, beam light, laser, sound, power system and so on, and realize all kinds of complex artistic lighting scene effects. A platform and a key trigger linkage performance of control system lighting show , this technology is an industry vane leading industry change.
During the installation of the controller, because of the long distance between the lamp poles and the complex construction environment, ROLEDS technical team takes every 9 lamp poles as a signal port (the actual maximum distance is about 300 meters due to the limitation of the signal transmission distance), and a signal amplifier is installed in every three lamp poles to ensure the normal running of the lamps.
When individual sub-controllers are far away from the first lamp (more than 400 meters), they are connected by optical fibers, which provides a new solution for the installation of individual lamp beyond the control distance (previously use adding controllers method ).
Difficulty of Construction
This project has the difficulty of a large construction scope, a large number of equipment, heavy tasks and short construction period. In order to complete the task on time,more than 200 people have been arranged for on-site management and operation.
According to the principle of "Maximum maintenance of the original forest", and the characteristics of various materials and equipment, various transportation schemes are adopted, which shortened the construction period and saved the construction cost.
